To start the return process, read the instructions below then enter the order email address or phone number and the order number below.
Tips before you return:
1.) If you are returning a pair of multifocal reading glasses because the lens did not suit you well, we suggest exchanging them for a dual-focal lens (Seek Collection) or a full lens traditional reader (Allay Collection) which are easier to adapt to. The Seek and Allay lens readers also feature blue light protection.
2.) If your lens is simply too weak or too strong, we suggest confirming your reader strength, and then exchanging for another strength that will work better for you.
3.) If you are returning a pair of reading glasses because the frame is too large or it doesn't fit well, we suggest exchanging them for smaller glasses like the Boundless or Lucent frames.
4.) If you are returning because you dislike the look we suggest exchanging them for another fashionable style. See all our styles on our home page.
How to return
1.) Enter the order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
Not sure of the order number? Check for a previous email with order or shipping information from Livelylume or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can retrieve it.
2.) Follow the instructions and select the items to return.
3.) When submitting the return request, an email will be sent with instructions on how to send back the glasses along with our warehouse address in the US.
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase confirmation. Please note:
- Items must be in original condition
- Packing slip (sent with the order) must be included in the return (If you do not have your packing slip please ensure to include your order number and name included in your return.)
- Items must be in the original condition with original packaging.
- Exchanges are acccepted. Follow the return instructions and be sure to indicate the style, color, lens, and reader strength to exchange for in the Notes section of the form.
- There are no charges for a return, however the customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
- When the return item(s) is received, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it's in the orignal packaging and orignal condition.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed. A confirmation notification will be sent via email. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If return item is not approved, an email will be sent with the reasons why it was not approved.
